Join Chief Ramm of the Sylvania Township Fire Department as he leads a ceremony honoring first responders and the lives lost on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will start promptly at 10 a.m. and will take place at the 911 First Responders Memorial in the northeast corner of Toledo Memorial Park.
