Non-Profit and Locally Controlled
Toledo Memorial Park is a non-profit association, managed for the benefit of the lot and crypt holders by a Board of Trustees drawn from the community. Control is completely local and no dividends are paid to anyone. Income above expenses is reserved for the future maintenance of the Park.
The Park is maintained with funds from several investment trusts founded over the years to take proper care of the structures and grounds in perpetuity. The funds have grown over time and are now valued at nearly $13,000,000.
